I thought that the movie, Tropic Thunder was a huge success. The movie's humor is outstanding. I was cracking up throughout this entire movie. Ben Stiller and Jack Black were hysterical as usual. As for Robert Downey Jr one word: superb. Who knew this man can do more than save the world in an iron suit. Those two years on SNL surely paid off for him. Also this movie introduced Mr. Jay Baruchel, who played the role of Kevin Sandusky. I would say that this is Jay's second big hit. The first would probably be in Knocked Up where he played Jay, one of Ben Stone's [ Seth Rogan] friends. This movie included many funny parts. Whether it was kicking a head like David Beckham, putting up a performance of Simple Jack by yourself, or even throwing a kid off a bridge before he stabs you, this movie made you laughed until you cried. As for Ben Stiller who has been trying to make this movie for more than ten years, it was all worth it, especially for the cast. This film had many terrific actors including, Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Nick Nolte, Steve Coogan, Matthew McConaughey, Jay Baruchel, and Tom Cruise. Not only can Tom Cruise do action and adventure films, but he can now do comedy films thanks to his role as Les Goodman.
